About Media and Learning News
Media and Learning News is aimed at people actively engaged in promoting excellence in the use of media in education and training and is linked to the annual MEDEA Awards and Media & Learning Conference.
It highlights general news and information about the use of media in education and training including interesting publications, events, initiatives, websites, projects, tools and information about various festivals and other competitions related to the use of media aimed at the education and training sector. It also includes news and background information about the Media & Learning Conference, the MEDEA Awards, its winners and finalists and the network of organisations who support these two initiatives.
Media and Learning News is published at the beginning of each month and from March 2011 onwards is available every second month in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Polish. This publication is sent to about 6000 readers. All material to be considered for inclusion should reach the editorial team by the 28th of the month proceeding. Let us know if you have news related to the use of media in education which we are happy to include.
